excellent experience
perfect location friendly staff
the location was perfect. breakfast was a huge plus. i enjoyed the aperitif in the evening. it was generous. the staff was friendly and helpful.
the gym equipment needs an upgrade. some treadmills were out of service. i hope they address this soon.

this hotel got a superb location. like seriously, it is very convenient. the staff was awesome and helpfull to me. breakfast was included and its substantial and yummy.
lifts where bad, it took forever to get to the room. the ground floor lobby area is kind of weird, it isnt cute. rooms where shabby with peeling wallpaper, so it wasnt the best experience ever.

quality options convenient location helpful staff
i found the breakfast consistently excellent. there was a great variety with high-quality options, and i looked forward to it daily. the location is also very convenient with a subway station just steps away (a real plus for getting around). the staff was friendly and always ready to help that much better.
the gym felt a bit small. while it had the basics, more equipment would enhance the experience.
